Anand O IAS-2016

Shri Anand O IAS 2016 is an officer of the Indian Administrative Service (IAS) belonging to 2016 batch. He hails from Malappuram district, Kerala and did his engineering in Electronics and Communication from College of Engineering, Trivandrum. He had completed one year of training in Lal Bahudur Shastri National Academy of Administration in Mussoorie before joining as Assistant Collector (Under Training).
